1. Governance Overview

Rahamkar Welfare Foundation is governed by a group of experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in accounting, taxation, corporate finance, and welfare management. The governance structure is designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective oversight of all organizational activities.

The Board provides strategic direction, financial supervision, and operational guidance to ensure that all initiatives align with the Foundation’s mission of social welfare and community development.

2. Board of Directors

Mian Safiullah

He was partner-in-charge of the Islamabad Office of the Firm since 1990 to 2020. He was also in the management Board of the Firm for over a decade. He has over 36 years of experience in the field of accounting, taxation, audit, and financial advisory services.


Mian Muhammad Faisal Bandy

Being the director of the Foundation, He is looking after the Tax matters of the Foundation. He is a senior partner of KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co, Chartered Accountants.He has wide range of experience of tax consultancy, including advising clients on tax planning, supervision of preparation and filing of tax returns relating to income tax and sales tax. He is actively involved in representing clients before Assessing and Appellate Authorities of the Inland Revenue Department, representations before the Federal Board of Revenue and other Revenue Boards, advising clients on changes in tax regulations and assisting them in evaluating impact of changes, advising local and foreign investors on various incentives available for investment in different sectors and advising tax effective tools of investments.


Kashif Mumtaz Malik

He is the Head of Deal Advisory at KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co, Chartered Accountants in Pakistan and brings forth a wealth of expertise spanning over 25 years in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, transaction services, project appraisals and feasibility studies, strategy & corporate restructurings and financial modeling. His extensive experience encompasses deal advisory services rendered to diverse clientele.


Sayyada Rakhshanda Safiullah

She is a senior director of the Foundation and helps in analyzing and reviewing applications received for school/college fees’ assistance, for loans to setting-up business, and applications for welfare and medical assistance.


3. Legal Advisor

Syed Mudassar Ali Rizvi

The Legal Advisor provides guidance on regulatory compliance, legal matters, and governance-related requirements, ensuring the Foundation operates within applicable legal frameworks.
